As an independent consultant, Matjaz Plausteiner offers its services in the areas of Food & Beverage, HORECA and Legal.
With experience in various companies such as Kompas (tourism industry), development of franchising networks for McDonald`s, Burger King, Pizza Hut, KFC, Starbucks Coffee or La Tagliatella, he has a wide experience.
He has also successfully managed the Slovenian Gastronics company as managing director with various brands (Burger King, Coffee Shop Company, Bled Hotels).
CHIARA PARAZZINI
Project Manager with many years of experience in Italy and abroad in the management of human resources, Chiara Parazzini has written corporate procedures and regulations, implemented organizational charts and managed working groups formed by hundreds of people.
With extensive experience in managing personnel selection, training and engagement, Chiara is also involved in spreading culture, values and business objectives among human resources.
In the past she has managed stores, corporate departments and large retail projects, dealing with manager training, event organization, human resources coordination and opening of new stores. Recently she also gave lectures on corporate communication, in the classroom and online.
